ReplyDeleteI will say, for the record...my wife is very high maintenance when it comes to steaks. If she says rare, she means RARE.
The staff at CCs were very accomidating and I think they do a wonderful job. Great Scotch selection as well.
This was actually not the best meal we have ever had there. There's always next time....
